Marrant comment la BL aime depuis quelque temps écrire sur des sujets peu abordés mais très demandés(sœur du silence, custodes, culte genestealer, inquisiteur sur Terra etc...).

Le Bolt Porn doit commencer à s'essoufler et en conséquence ces livres doivent attirer un public plus large ou faire revenir des personnes déçu de voir toujours des space marsouin marine en permanence.

Sinon avec la logique de la dernière année écoulé le bouquin suivants de l'HH devrait sortir en février (1 tout les 2 mois), d'ailleurs je pari soit sur une anthologie soit sur le bouquin de Chris Wraight Wolf vs Wolf avec la conférence au BL weekender (une sortie 3 mois après la timeline semble bonne pour une sortie en février).

Je suis très content que le Khan ne soit pas tout dernier, merci Wraight, parce que niveau FW ça va être le cas. Super super hâte de le le lire.

Par contre il me semble que c'est la première fois dans cette série qu'un primarque est excentré sur la couv' et partage l'affiche avec quelqu'un d'autre ... un message caché sur la mentalité et l'humilité du Khan ?

Et que dire du gigantisme et de l'esthétique de la couv' burden of Loyalty ..... je bave d'admiration.

Par contre il me semble que c'est la première fois dans cette série qu'un primarque est excentré sur la couv' et partage l'affiche avec quelqu'un d'autre ... un message caché sur la mentalité et l'humilité du Khan ?

C'est surtout que c'est Targutai Yesugei, personnage très important de l'HH et des WS, cela veut dire qu'il aura un rôle dans le livre. Et que oui, peut être que cela montre que le Khan écoute ses fils (ou au moins Targutai le sâge).

Ce n'est pas la définitive, c'est une mélange du thème Warhammer Chronicles et de la cover du tome 3. C'est pour ça que je n'ai pas posté les cover non finales.

Pour une raison inconnue la fameuse série s'est stoppé très rapidement, avec un tome 2 déjà plus dans le même thème graphique que le 1. C'est con. Mais les histoires courtes m'intéressent.

Sa me rassure alors. Pareil pour la cover du tome 3 d'Ulrika j'aime pas du tout, alors que les deux premières sont superbes.

Et pour Yarrick c'était du sarcasme, juste hyper déçu alors que le premier tome était tout bonnement bon et encourageant pour la suite. Encore une fois la BL gâche une série à potentiel pour rien. Et à la place on a quoi? Les lames de damocles?

D'ailleurs, et à bien y réfléchir, c'est probablement mon perso favori de l'HH, le Stormseer.
Je suis impatient et curieux de voir la tronche de leur Limited Edition aux Scars.
Bon, par contre, ils ont gardé les babouches-métal d'Imperium Secundus...Ca doit sentir le fauve, là-dedans !

Et l'Imperator claque bien, dans le style old school SM/TL.

Quoi qu'il en soit, y'a bon.

Pas d'autres tome entre décembre et Aout ça me parait bizarre. Soit il y a un/des tomes non annoncés soit la BL est dans une phase d'écriture intense pour sortir les derniers tomes assez rapprochés les uns des autres.

En août c'est la version premium/semi poche. J'ai oublié de reculer de 3 mois pour la hardback, cela donnerait une sortie pour Mai théoriquement. Et cela laisse un vide entre Décembre, Old Earth et Mai, Burden of Loyalty. On verra si un livre non dévoilé s'insère entre les deux.

Oui, les Space Marine Battles c'est terminé, désormais ce sera les Conquests.

Ce qui m'intrigue c'est que sur le site, Baal et Prospero sont en Paperback.... or les SMB étaient en Hardback depuis un certain temps (il ne sort plus de livres en paperback depuis des années). J'espère que c'est une erreur, ou que les hardback vont sortir avant. Parce que les paperback je n'aime pas ça...

En gros :
- Cela se passera durant la croisade des mondes de Sabbat.
- Plus particulièrement, sur le monde d' Urdesh, dont on a pu voir un aperçu des régiments dans Les armes de Tanith, et où les fantômes se battront dans le prochain Warmaster.
- D'ailleurs, l'auteur collabore avec Dan Abnett pour que leurs romans se déroulent en même temps et soient complémentaires.
- Priad's Back On retrouvera l'escouade Damoclès des Frères du serpent.

Tout ça on le savait déjà, ton article date de novembre 2014 !!

Mais là avec les fuites amazon et les coming soon jusqu'à mars.... Et la disparition des SMB au profit des Space Marine Conquests. Sachant que ce livre devait sortir en même temps que Warmaster, qui lui sort en décembre. Donc à moins que la BL ait gardé ça secret pour une sortie surprise ...

Sachant qu'en janvier 2017 il disait bosser avec Abnett sur les liens entre leurs deux livres. Il est possible que ça sorte en édition limitée secrète au Weekender et en décembre. Ils ont dit qu'il y aurait au weekender des livres top secrets jamais annoncés ailleurs. Or techniquement il n'est pas annoncé officiellement (leur site et amazon).

Bref. On ne sait pas, j'enquèterai à ce sujet au Weekender s'il n'est pas en vente là bas.

Une suite à sa trilogie Last Chancers ! Si ça se concrétise, faudra que je lise l'omnibus avant, je l'ai depuis des années ...

Marrant la légion pénale a disparu de tous les codex AM/GIMP/Imperium(fluff?) mais ils vont sortir un roman sur ceux-ci.

M'en vais allumer un cierge devant une statue de l'empereur pour une traduction de cette série en VF et en omnibus.
